Mental Health Counseling
Your physical and emotional health are linked. That’s why H-E-B Wellness Primary Care team has a LPC (licensed professional counselor) with specialized training to help you develop skills to cope with stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, and more.
Nutrition Services
Work with a H-E-B Dietitian to assist with nutrition education concerning food allergies, weight and diabetes management, sports nutrition, and more! Together we can work to reach your goals by creating personalized plans based on your budget, lifestyle, and health needs.
After Hours Care
H-E-B Wellness Primary Care Members have access to care any time—day or night, on weekends and holidays. During off-hours, our experienced after-hours staff can help with medical guidance or escalate to an on-call provider as needed.
Imaging
Imaging services enable healthcare professionals to visualize the internal structures of the body, aiding in the diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment planning for various medical conditions.
Chronic Care Support
